HR Business Partner (CDD- Maternity Leave)
Job description
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side
- Recruit the candidates whose talent, competencies and experience support the business needs and desired requirements of the position
- Advise and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues and support change initiatives.
- Ensure business and staff proximity establishing trustful relationships being present on the ground with the managers
- Maintain an open door relationship with all levels of employees and provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
- Perform the tasks linked to the employee lifecycle: drafting contracts, attestations and work certificates, warning and termination letters, applications for work permits, updating employees personal file, coordinating the on-boarding and exit of new and existing employees
- Actively contribute to various improvement projects and processes
Professional requirements
- You have prior experience in IT recruitment with 3-5 years in Human Resources
- You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with everybody and you build a trustful relationship with your internal and external clients
- You are excited about new, innovative ways of finding "truffles" and eye-catching ways of approaching candidates and direct research in Linkedin.
- You have an excellent consultative and client service skills with the ability to effectively influence and manage key relationships with a strong knowledge of Swiss law
- You are data driven as well as highly organized: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently
