As an IT-Supporter, you are part of the Helpdesk team and help users with their IT problems. In doing so, you contribute to business continuity and user satisfaction. In some cases, you perform hardware repairs yourself. The configuration of new devices with SCCM is also part of your area of responsibility.
IT Support
- 1st Level Helpdesk support and ticket processing
- Installation and configuration of Windows with SCCM
- Software installation (PCs / Laptops) and administration of mobile devices (iPhones / iPads)
- Preparation and installation of workstations (physical installation and patching)
- Repair or upgrade of hardware on site (modification of RAM, hard drives, cards, etc.)
- Hardware removal
- Configuration and testing of peripheral devices
- Training and support of users
- Administration of devices and users in Active Directory according to company guidelines and policy
- Management of the computer inventory

Requirements for the position
- CFC in computer science (4 years)
- Professional experience in IT
- Good knowledge of Windows and client operating systems
Knowledge of languages
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language (English especially)
