Prototyping & Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Prototyping and Maintenance Technician to join our team in our new brand offices in Ecublens – Lausanne Area.

 

YOUR MISSION

• Management and completion of various automation, industrial construction, and continuous improvement projects

• Preventive, corrective, and conditional maintenance with analysis, problem resolution, and implementation of corrective actions

• Assistance with drawing and installation of new research and development equipment, as well as wiring of electrical cabinets and pneumatics

• Manufacturing of parts by machining: turning, and drilling

• Modeling and programming of CNC parts in three axes (plastics, wood and aluminium)

• Assembly of PCB occasionally

• Participation in the maintenance and improvement of the building

 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a professional degree as an industrial equipment constructor, automation specialist, industrial design engineer, or an equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of cutting tools and SOLIDWORKS software (or other CAD and CAM software)

• Good experience in the research and development field would be a plus

• You know how to use MS-Office, Google Suite, and other usual office software

• Knowledge of robotics would be a plus

• You are a versatile, autonomous person, with good concentration and adaptation skills to changes

• You are organized, rigorous and pragmatic, with a good team spirit

• Fluent in English is a serious asset
