What to expect
- Development, further development and implementation of a holistic People Development strategy (leadership, talent, succession, and learning & development), aligned with the corporate strategy
- Design and management of training and continuing education programs of our internal academy and vocational training
- Introduction and further development of appropriate learning methods along the entire employee lifecycle
- Consulting and sparring for managers on all training, development, and performance topics
- Creation of development plans for high potentials, new hires, and employees with new responsibilities
- Analysis of development needs and derivation of necessary measures
- Close cooperation and coordination with management and HR business partners
- Personnel management of leads in the areas of vocational training and academy
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in personnel and organizational development
- Degree in psychology, pedagogy, business administration, or comparable field
- Extensive knowledge of modern personnel development tools (and change management)
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting with strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as didactic talent and confident appearance in front of groups
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
- Fluent German and very good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Communicative and assertive personality with a strong service orientation and high consulting competence
