*ERS office handles recruitment for IRC

Status

The IRC has spent its first year establishing its vision and mission. It launched a website to talk about the Coalition and its activities and to provide access to related toolkits/resources produced by the IRC as and when they are prepared. The Coalition has built a solid base of stakeholders and it has started forming national coalitions. The IRC is also working with an agency who supports on communications and policy. As it starts an exciting second year, the IRC is looking for an enthusiastic individual to coordinate all the key players in the Coalition, manage projects and activities, and to ensure that the Coalition continues to grow and starts driving change.

About the role

The IRC Project Manager will join the ERS and ELF management teams to drive the Coalition forward in its second year. We need a Project Manager who can coordinate the ERS and ELF staff members working in the Coalition, and act as a key contact point for all stakeholders interested and involved in the Coalition. The person will also be responsible for ensuring projects and activities are completed on time. You will have experience of working with people from broad backgrounds and where possible language skills.
