In order to lead the development of ambitious projects, we are seeking a:
Marketing Project Manager, Timepieces
Your responsibilities:
- Liaise novelties and global strategy (product to highlights, etc...) with Management; Product & Sales teams.
- Creation of the yearly Marketing strategy presentation.
- Creation of corporate launch plan for each campaign.
- Development/handling of the communication calendar and campaigns strategy in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate, with the team, all Marketing & Communication activities for each campaign plan.
- Oversee implementation of local Marketing plans and monitor ROI.
- Develop creative briefs, goals & strategy for each campaigns.
- Organization of corporate shootings (corporate level in collaboration with Graphic Designers): competitor’s analysis; develop briefs; product & shoot logistical organization; contract; invoices; budget.
- Creation, planning, follow-up and deployment of digital campaigns + tools.
- Timepieces analysis campaigns posts.
- Work with market on local digital organic campaigns – Line & WeChat.
- Sales analysis in collaboration with sales global & by market.
- Competitor analysis, when needed.
Your profile:
- University degree in Marketing/Business administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the fine watchmaking industry.
- Marketing generalist with excellent project management skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proactive and pragmatic professional with strong methodology and solid priority setting skills.
- Natural communicator with a hands-on approach and strong interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Team player, acting positively and with discretion.
