For our Customer Service Task Force, we are looking for a motivated:

Project Manager Customer Service 

Job description

  • Ensure proper communication flow between the brands and the subsidiaries for all Customer Service-related matters
  • Plan, implement and manage projects in the field of International Customer Service operations
  • Reengineering the business processes of Customer Service organizations
  • Analyze KPI and productivity of Customer Service organizations and ensure consistent follow up
  • Establish business plans and project business requirements of Customer Service organizations
  • Provide support to Swatch Group Customer Service organizations in all operations related aspects
  • Implement tools, methods, guidelines, and practices in the Swatch Group Customer Service organizations
  • Develop tools to improve the efficiency and performance of the worldwide Customer Service organizations

 

Profile

  • You have a basic technical education with higher education in engineering or business administration or equivalent
  • You have analytical skills for in-depth understanding of business processes, flows and organizational setups
  • Open to travel up to 20% of your time to the countries, you are interlocutor and country representative
  • You are a team player, empathic, customer-oriented, self-motivated, independent with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead your project team/resources.

Professional requirements

  • You have extensive experience in project management and teams' leadership
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Service

Languages

    • Fluent in English, German or French.
