You will join the department Strategy, Transformation & Integration where you can expect the following tasks:
- Central planning, management, and execution of the integration and transformation of Group Asset Management.
- Oversee the progress and performance of all projects within the program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Allocate and manage resources across all workstreams of the project to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet their requirements and expectations, maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could affect the program’s success.
- Manage dependencies between projects to ensure smooth delivery and avoid bottlenecks.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, supporting project teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
What we expect
You hold extensive senior experience in program management in the asset management industry. Your strong stakeholder management skills and your structured approach to problem solving enable you to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. In addition, you are eager to drive change and lead the ongoing transformation process within the organization.
Professional qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable field
- 8–10 years of senior experience in transformation within the asset management sector, ideally in an international context
- Proven expertise in best practice program- and project management methods (e.g., Prince2, PMI), PMO leadership, and management of integration projects
- Strong understanding of the asset management value chain front-to-back and TOM design and implementation delivery
- Experience in integration, transformation, change management, and communication
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Fluency in English and German, French and/or Spanish are a plus
