Aris Personalberatung is a personnel consultancy with a well-developed network. For our client, an insurance company based in Basel-Stadt, we are looking by arrangement for a:

Clerk Underwriting Private Pension 80 – 100% Limited to 1 year with option for permanent employment

Your area of responsibility:

• Carrying out uniform, competent and efficient application processing and policy issuance
• Ensuring underwriting compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Proactive handling of customer concerns
• Independent completion of tasks in the responsible area of activity
• Ensuring and continuous optimization of the required service quality with the team
• Close cooperation with internal specialist teams in the area and other interface partners
• Participation in specialist projects and support of the team in technical matters

Your qualifications:

• Commercial apprenticeship preferably completed at an insurance or pension institution
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• Good knowledge of private pension
• Experience in the underwriting area is an advantage
• Further training in the insurance sector
• Very good German skills required, additional language skills in French and/or Italian are desirable
