We are an open, innovative organization at three locations with a total of five social pedagogical residential groups for children and adolescents, embedded in two districts of Zurich and in the municipality of Küsnacht am See.
As a specialist, you support a team and contribute according to the topics. You build professional relationships with the clientele and together with the team you promote, accompany and support eight children and adolescents in everyday life.
As a maternity cover with the option of a continuing position, we are looking for our educational specialist team at the Fennergut location in Küsnacht am See.
Area of responsibility
• Case management of two children/adolescents
• Ensuring cooperation and communication with parents, school and authorities
• Preparing development reports, conducting conversations, participating in site meetings, writing minutes
• Taking over a department
• Participation and involvement in team meetings, support planning, educational forums, supervisions and professional consultations
You bring with you
• Completed training in social pedagogy HF or social work FH with professional experience in the residential sector
• Professional competence in dealing with children and adolescents from stressful family systems
• Enjoyment of irregular working hours (night presence and weekend shifts)
