The future SAP Project Manager will :

• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery on time, on cost and on quality.
• Manage worldwide SAP project, template/pilot definition and global roll out.
• Deal with Internal SAP Competence Center, external Consultants, Project team, Sponsors and Stakeholders.
• Coordinate of internal/external teams and stakeholders based in worldwide group locations.
• Oversee SAP projects: develop and oversee detailed project plans, identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide project leadership, work direction, feedback and metrics to report status to Top Management, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.
• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Profil du candidat

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in managing SAP projects, worldwide implementations and team geographically distributed.
• Project management with an excellent know how of SAP ERP and interdependencies.
• Successful delivery of, at least 3, full lifecycle SAP Implementation Projects.
• Knowledge and work experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 mainly related to Business Process Improvement, Solution Documentation and Test Management.
• PMP or other global certification preferred (not required)
• FI-CO background is a strong asset
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines/pressure is a must
• Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to communicate with various teams and enrich knowledge sharing
• Ability to drive external partners
• Hands-on attitude and solution finders
• Ability to communicate at any hierarchical level
• Leadership
• English fluent mandatory. Other European language is an asset.
