In this role, you are responsible for building and maintaining the Sales Reporting Framework, delivering Forecasting tools and models in alignment with Finance and other departments. Furthermore, you are in charge of improving the sales force efficiency, monitor the B2B competition and build the appropriate actions together with the marketing and commercial teams.

   

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute monthly & daily reports (both sell-in and sell-out, direct & distribution) and supply them to target audience
  • Run analysis for the monthly commissions calculation for the Sales team and ensure continuous improvement of the sales incentive program in line with our business objectives
  • Build and maintain, based on the requirements of the sales organization, standards for reporting
  • Optimize existing reports based on the evolving requirements
  • Standardize raw data extraction from based on the actual system (today COGNOS, Future SAP/Hana)
  • Support teams (direct & indirect) in defining targets, including the implementation of an annual business planning and monitoring process
  • Be a change actor in implementing new and innovative solutions to support the teams in the field and to improve the sales force efficiency 
Required Profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business
  • At least 2 years of experience in reporting & analytics
  • Excellent Excel and Power BI skills
  • Previous experience working in Sales or Marketing would be a plus
  • Exposure to project management would be a plus
  • Fluent in English and French, good understanding of German is required
