- Work in coordination with senior management and the communications team to create marketing / communications plans to provide with direction for the organization's public-facing communications

- Managing the website platform and content as well as specific projects aiming to optimize the interactions with the stakeholders through the digital channels

- Ensuring continuous improvements on this platform through analytics, creative thinking for new content and updates

- Ensuring the projects follow the plans and the website deliverables meet the requirements, liaising with the team and management

- Oversee the continued development of an effective digital presence. Develop, execute and monitor a strategy to build responsive online communications with engaged and active communities

- Take ownership of the website and configurator platforms: refine strategy, maintain and improve reports. Track and maintain the content within them up to date, track and improve SEO rankings, report performance against goals and highlight areas requiring improvement

- Inform and improve marketing efforts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Communication team

- Enhance the organization's image and position within her community as well as with policy makers, professionals, the media, general public, and other key stakeholders.

- Stay current in communications best practices, supporting evaluation and implementation of new technology, features and platforms and help evolve the organization's activities

- Monitoring: information and competitive intelligence. This includes constant vigilance on what is said about the organization on the networks

- Community Animation: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram accounts are powered by content. Constantly seek to "create" engagement and foster interaction with members / followers. This task also sometimes involves some moderation

- Blogger relationship: be in touch with bloggers who work in the same industry. To learn, and sometimes to relay information or special operations

- Various events: from the creation of a competition to the live transcription of a conference, creatively adapt to events

Vos compétences

2 years' experience preferred
Excellent written and spoken English (other languages a plus), at native speaker standard
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid working knowledge of social media and digital marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Adobe, SEO, HTML)
Ability to track information, plan workload, problem solve, make recommendations, ability to set priorities and work independently
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Attention to detail and an interest in public health and people are essential, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization
Good writing skills, with ability to communicate scientific concepts in an easily accessible manner
Team player
