Our client is a fast growing company in the medical industry.


As a Customer Service Manager your main responsibilities will be :

- Manage a team of customer service representatives

- Develop a strong team culture

- Define team goals to ensure the team is working in line with the department goals

- Support and participate on the resolution of escalated issues concerning customer concerns

- Define the right KPIs to ensure team effectiveness

- Ensure that the right level of cooperation is in place with the other internal department


- A 7 to 10 year experience in Customer service

- 5 year experience in People Management

- A first experience in the Medical sector

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- At ease with ERP ideally SAP

- Able to work in autonomy

- Fluent in English, German and French
