To support its research strategy, the Biology Department is seeking an Associate Specialist in Fermentation.
In this role, you will be part of the Technical Microbiology group and will support the development, innovation and renovation of fermentation processes. You will also participate to key projects to deliver natural taste & texture as well as the optimization of nutritional composition of ingredients or health benefits (i.e. probiotics). Your support will include the setup and operation of fermentation experiments with the aim to release for internal and external tasting.

Proven and actual publication track record
Exposed to diverse cultures, international experience would be an asset
Fluent in English, any other language a plus
