As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to carry Global Customer Support (level 1 and 2) on our innovative anti-fraud solution, ensuring efficient, qualitative and timely follow-up on the service request.
In this position, you will strongly collaborate with the Delivery team as well as with our Partners, supporting them during implementation projects. You will also maintain a close relationship with R&D when escalation (level 3) support is needed.
Additionally, you will provide support to internal employees on all IT related topics (laptop maintenance, access management, IT material inventory etc..), manage the NetGuardians IT infrastructure and support business departments in deploying IT solutions.
You are highly customer service oriented, with a problem-solving mind-set and a strong follow-up and organizational skills. You possess good communication skills, are a solid team-player, at ease in a multicultural environment.
