To complete our team, we are currently looking for a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist. In this role, you will understand and develop global Food Regulatory knowledge. Furthermore, you will support the Regulatory validation process and decision making of all recipes, texts and stickers. Finally, you will manage, coordinate and support Local Market response and validation and will manage all destination stickers of all Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) data base.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure Recipe validation, label translation preparation and coordinate and regroup Markets responses and validations in the appropriate documentation
  • Prepare specific destination sticker and ensure their proper validation with global markets.
  • Integrate & manage validated Stickers in the sticker data base (including co-packer)
  • Suggest potential labelling improvements.
  • Support RSA in the validation and implementation of the related Regulatory processes within different business and streams
  • Ensure development and classification of product specifications
  • Develop network across different functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Services, Application Group)
Required Profile
  • Background in Food and Food Science
  • RSA Specialist experience
  • Understanding in Global business approach
  • Experiences in the Food Industry
  • Exposure to Global Food Regulatory legislation is a plus
  • Organized and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • French would be a plus
