With a variety of specializations on offer, ranging from Events Management to Finance, we encompass 7 brands across 7 state-of-the-art campuses (Brig, Le Bouveret, Caux, Leysin, Lucerne, Montreux & Neuchâtel) all supported by our corporate head office in Montreux.

For our Head Office in Montreux, we are looking for a:

Junior Project & Administrative Assistant 100%

Starting date: September 2019

The Project and Administrative Assistant is a support function within Swiss Education Group's Strategic Partnerships office. This department overlooks the effective development of international transfer options and supports group projects at academic, industry and government levels, It has been set up to establish best practices supporting the local and international positioning of schools across the group.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support assessing academic progressions based on previous learning and schools of interest in the context of programs and specializations.

  • Follow up with inquiries as required and proper filing and maintenance of existing documents.

  • Organize visits for potential and current partners.

  • Generate formal documentation in the context of academic, industry or government initiatives as

required.

  • Accurately communicate information for internal and external purposes.

  • Actively participate in special projects assigned at group level.

  • Successfully interact with all departments across the head office and school members of Swiss
Education Group.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification in Administration, Hospitality or Tourism (Diploma or Bachelor level).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, additional language/s are assets.

  • High proficiency in computer skills.

  • Solid organizational skills supported by a positive, motivated, self-driven and accountable personality able to work independently and in teams.

  • Previous working experience in hospitality is an asset.

  • Swiss Nationality or C, B or G Permit or European Nationality CE/AELE.
