Our client, a key international player within the FMCG sector, is looking for a candidate that will reinforce their presence in the Swiss Market. The products are already distributed in Switzerland by a local distributor and you will be responsible to grow the market share and the local presence even further.

Description

The main objectives of the role:

-(Decision): Within budget frames decide investment for key markets in the territory. Prioritise key activities and resource allocation. Local daily decision making to secure execution

-(Recommend): Strategies for the territory, and recommend road map (short & long term), including partnership choices and structure. "Go to market" plan

-(Perform): Execute chosen strategy. On daily basis nurture partnership relations and progress. Safeguard internal flow to avoid bottlenecks

-(Input): Gather, analyse, and understand external and internal data, summarise and communicate to relevant stakeholders. Be the primary partner to International Director and the team. Business opportunities in the area. Provide input for launch plan.

The main responsibilities will be to:

-Implement, follow-up and develop the portfolio together with local partners in accordance with Company's target and strategies

-Ensures that partners are performing and implementing activities in accordance with agreed KPIs

-Create business plan and budgets

-Set KPIs and targets (needs)

-Understand Business through analysis of market development and competitive activity

-Ensure Company's guidelines and policies are followed by local partners

-Follow-up sales data from local partners, monthly and quarterly reporting

-Work closely with the marketing department to ensure optimised portfolio after local consumer demand is collected

-Work closely with public affairs department to ensure update on local political and regulatory changes, and act upon opportunities

Profile

-3-5 years' international experience within FMCG

-Entrepreneurial mindset

-Strong interest in new business creation & performance

-Language, fluent in English and German (speaking and writing)

-Other languages such as French is an advantage

-Negotiating skills and experience

-Analytical, structured & solution-oriented

-Key Account management experiences

Others details:

-Approximately 20-30 travel days per year

-Driving license
