Swiss Education Group is your Swiss alliance of hospitality management schools in Switzerland. Our 4 hospitality management schools, alongside the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, offer undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. With a variety of specializations on offer, ranging from Events Management to Finance, we encompass 7 brands across 7 state-of-the-art campuses (Brig, Le Bouveret, Caux, Leysin, Lucerne, Montreux &
Neuchâtel) all supported by our corporate head office in Montreux.

For our Head Office in Montreux, we are looking for a:

Junior Regional Coordinator

The successful candidate will be based in Montreux and will evolve within our international and dynamic team.
We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the appreciation and understanding of different cultures for engaging audiences and promoting our 5 different schools.

Role: Sales / Outbound Lead Development Representative

Responsibilities:

§ Qualify leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel.
§ Generate potential leads via in market channels (fairs, school talks, Seminars, Sales events and others ).
§ Responsible to increase offline lead generation mainly in the DACH region in Europe.
§ Educate leads on SEG products & services.
§ Qualify and ensure smooth transition of leads to Closers.
§ Manage CRM data and processes.
§ Collaborate with Closers in order to improve the quality of "Sales Qualified Leads".

Sales / Leads Development:

§ Generate, engage and qualify new outbound leads.
§ Interact with prospects with a high attention to detail.
§ Actively engage new leads & present our services & products using various communication channels.
§ Provide in depth information to the Sales team to facilitate closure of sales.
§ Stay informed and up to date with all our products & services.
§ Monitor markets (based on offline activities) to identify sales opportunities.
§ 120+ days travel throughout Europe

Data Management:

§ Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
§ Work closely with other teams to develop market intelligence.
§ Provide student related statistics.
§ Provide feedback on student needs and desires in market.

Competencies and Qualities:

§ Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language a big plus.
§ One to two years' experience in a hospitality related position.
§ Confident communicator who is able to maintain and develop relationships across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
§ Strong flexibility in dealing with impromptus.
§ High adaptability in a new environment.

Swiss Nationality or C, B or G Permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
