Our client, a fast growing law firm, we are urgently looking for a full time

Paralegal Assistant International Arbitration

"Permanent Role"




  • Opening and updating case files (this included ensuring the updating and orderliness of arbitration files in matters where one of lawyers sits as arbitrator)
  • Handling correspondence with clients, opposite parties, parties, arbitral institutions and courts
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Preparing arbitration filings (finalisation of memorials; preparation of both hard copy and electronic evidence files; dispatch to arbitral tribunals, opposite parties and arbitral institutions)
  • Preparing court filings (same activities as preceding bullet-point)
  • Ensuring monthly invoicing and follow-up on payments or reminders
  • Organizing conferences and hearings inhouse and outhouse
  • Organizing logistics for business travel (flights, transfers, hotel accommodation, visa applications, expense reports)
  • In charge of the registration to conferences of all the associates of the department (this includes organizing logistics for travel – flights, transfers, hotel accommodations, visa applications, expense reports)
  • Emails: (inbox/sent items)
  • Managing of the flow of information to and from the business and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations




  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as legal assistant in a law firm

  • French and English: Fluent
  • German: a plus
  • Flexible, proactive, very well organised
  • Able to work under pressure, to do multiple tasks at the same time and to work independently
  • PC skills: Good knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Availability: As soon as possible
