We are looking for an EA for one of our client.
Our client is a company from the financial sector.
As an Executive Assistant, you will :
- provide admin support to the Managing Director (letters, correspondences, email drafting, reports)
- prepare PowerPoint presentations & manage Excel reports
- manage his agenda, travel arrangements, meetings organization, and expenses reports
- act as a right arm (reminders, follow up, gatekeeper for incoming phone calls and first contacts
- coordinate and liaise with his direct reports to ensure deadlines are met
- liaise with other departments regarding event planning and organization from A to Z
You have a 5-y previous experience in a similar role
You are English bilingual and you have a good level in French (both written and spoken)
You know how to build a professional long lasting relationship with your Manager
You have strong interpersonal skills, you know how to prioritize your work and work under pressure
You have attention to small details which make big differences
You are an Excel & Powerpoint master !
