For one of our clients, we are looking for a IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst


• Ensure that requests and/or incidents are handled in accordance with defined SLAs

• Resolve level 1 and 2 incidents then classify the ticket or forward to the upper level (3)

• Follow and close the tickets

• Guarantee a continual information to the users

• Help new users during their arrival

• Manage backups of our systems.

• Be the referrer of our business software (addition/deletion of account, change of rights, change of versions, …)

• Be the main contact point for the management of our linux servers.

• Create and keep the documentation of IT tools and services

• Keep access control system to allow/deny access to the building

• Manage a part of Facility jobs of the Company


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry,

• preferably in the Engineering industry

• CFC in informatics, or equivalent qualification

• Perfect fluency in French and English, Spanish is a bonus

• Mastery of MS Office Pack and Outlook

• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Active Directory

• Good network knowledge (DNS, DHCP, ARP, Cisco, Dell, …)

• Good Linux knowledge (CentOS, Debian)

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices

• Knowledge of Skype for Business, a bonus

• Knowledge of the Ivanti service ticket management tool, a bonus

• Customer service oriented
