Quotient is recruiting for a Brand Manager to join the Commercial & Strategic team based in Eysins. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing programmes in relation to the launch and promotion of MosaiQ and the Alba by Quotient businesses.


His/her main activities will be:

  • Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the sales team to monitor trends and improve market intelligence
  • Continuously analyse the market, competitors and internal product offerings
  • Drive "excellence in execution" and support the MosaiQ commercialisation team to develop internationally transportable value propositions for MosaiQ
  • Help formulate customer segment specific programs in partnership with R&D, technical service and the sales team
  • Establish a market tracking report to continuously monitor category and competitive activities and issue regular analysis commentaries
  • Explain and demonstrate the MosaiQ technology to prospective customers and regularly visit customers with sales, to check relevance/use of marketing tools and to gain deeper customer insights
  • Build strong, productive internal working relationships, providing commercial input to cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of marketing excellence and best practice that is customer-driven and fact-based to drive competitive advantage though superior understanding


  • Bachelor/Master's degree in life science, medical technology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working within the Pharma/Biotech/Diagnostics industry
  • Team player and effective communication at all organizational levels
  • Fluent in English. Proficient in French language would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel globally up to 25%
