Exciting opportunity to join a Mid-Size Swiss Company in a recent created position to lead the International Sales in EMEA reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales.
You will be dealing directly with the Key Accounts and Distributors, being also responsible for the Sales strategy and interacting with other related areas such as R&D, Finance and Operations.

In the position of Business Development Manager EMEA, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
-Leading business development projects in new markets, mainly in EMEA region, introducing innovative sales tools to attract new customers.
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision maker
-Develop sales and marketing strategies based on the market needs to drive sales growth in close collaboration with the marketing department
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
-Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members
-Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
-Prepare and submit objectives and accurate forecasts
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Report on activities and performance
-Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team
The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods Industry preferably in Coffee related sectors, Household and appliances and Hospitality with proven experience and positive results in Sales in the EMEA region
The ideal candidate should be graduates in Business/ Economics and preferably with a Master Degree.
English and German are mandatory. Italian and French are a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to meet targets, problem solving, action oriented, good negotiation skills
Travel will be around 30%
