Our client, an international company specialized in the consumer goods industry, located in the centre of Zurich, is currently looking for an dynamic, proactive and detail oriented operation specialist (m/f) to start as soon as possible for a period of 6-9 months on a part time basis.

Description

  • Supervise and analyse the product flow with our internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop various reports regarding inventory levels as well as monitoring the KPIs

  • Manage and extract the data from internal systems to create reports for the management

  • Analysis of inventory and stock levels to assure on time supply

  • Following up on deliveries with external providers

  • Proactively manage excess stock levels

  • Control, identify and implement safety measures and analyse the root cause of them within the supply chain

  • Manage and implement different internal projects for the optimization of processes within the supply chain

  • Manage communication between various departments such as customer service, planning teams and supply chain

Profile

  • Successfully completed Higher Education (preferably specialized in Supply Chain)

  • First working experience in a similar role such as analyst, inventory coordinator or logistics coordinator within an international environment

  • Fluency in German and English are a requirement, French would be a plus and any other languages are an asset

  • Solid knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables and Vlookup)

  • First-hand experience with SAP

  • Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure in a multi-cultural environment

  • Analytical, solution oriented approach with a strong attention to details

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a team player mentality
