Revenue analyst

On behalf of our client, a world’s leader in the industrial sector, we are actively looking for a Revenue analystFor a 6-month temporary mission starting the 1st of November. This position provides revenue related support for EAME/CIS area and related special reports and projects. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible to validate and administer special pricing assistant and handle related audits/washouts for specific products.The position also provides invoicing and debit/credit support and co-ordinates all SOX reporting for pricing and invoicing activities. Finally, the Revenue Analyst will work with various departments to obtain and evaluate information needed for making revenue recommendations. Your responsibilities:Validate programs and conditions (business case, feature codes, list prices, discount calculation, shipment validity, currency rates, dealer GP margin) in close collaboration with the respective sales organization, dealers as well as the invoicing teamProgram administration in SAP (sales deals or issuing of debit/credit notes)Maintain logs for actual sales variance spending and audit purposesMonitor status for timely approval or cancellation and follow-up with the respective sales teamAudit/washout program's conditions and final dealer gross profit marginsProvide guidance and support to sales teams and dealersAdministration of the global sales variance tool Initiation, co-ordination and administration of all SOX controls for revenue related activitiesResolution and reporting on the invoicing griefsProvide general invoicing and special pricing administrative support Your profile:University degreee (business administration, accounting or other)Excellent analytical skills, be precise and rigorousPrior experience with SAP, pricing, invoicing, issuing of debits/credits, accounting, SOX and audit is a plusHigh levels of initiative, accountability and communication skillsFluent in English, any other language as French would be a plusAbility to work efficiently within a matrix organizationAbility to utilize a variety of computer software packages (MS Office, Cognos, Bobj, etc.)Basic understanding of financial reporting We offer you:A great opportunity to join a company recognizing committed and talented employeesA temporary position within a highly dynamic environment which can be renew and open up beautiful perspectivesResume in English.
