As Breeder Business Development Manager, you will lead the development of an overall Breeder strategy aiming to increase influencer recommendations and sales and establish key metrics of business success. You will have to deeply understand the Breeder world for both cats and dogs, being able to segment its players, its motivations, and create a marketing and business plan that answers to those identified needs. As part of the central marketing team, you will work very closely with the local markets in order to ensure a coordinated execution of the strategy and synergies across our region.
Analyse portfolio performance, pricing, Route To Market and competitive activity
Provide clear breeder segmentation in key defined markets and segments
Help, key defined markets, to build and maintain strategic relationships with current and future partners
Design and help the defined markets execute a loyalty program to drive acquisition, retention and incremental revenue
Experience in devising & implementing a clear vision & strategic direction in a commercial environment
Experience in working within cross functional environment and above market
