Mission:
Execute any HR administrative tasks with excellence through a robust tactical process platform.

Responsibilities :

  • Employee administration support
  • Administration of Temporary workers
  • Starter and Leaver email for New Hires & transferees (IT, Facilities etc...)
  • Employee's file maintenance
  • Collect back the signed policies & documents distributed through Workday onboarding
  • Update Starter and Leaver trackers
  • Onboarding (first day) package preparation
  • Personal data entries in Workday for New arrivals
  • Car Fleet operations administration support
  • Collect signatures for Fleet Rebates
  • Update Workday for all the Company car / car allowance change
  • Process the payroll instructions
  • Invoices and Fines reminders management
  • Ad Hoc HR administration
  • Issue work attestation on request
  • Request and follow the residence attestation for cross-border employees
  • Payslips & salary attestation production on request
  • Scan and filing documents in personal files
Profil:
  • A business/administrative school graduate or equivalent
  • 3-7 years of professional experience ideal in industry
  • Experience in benefits is highly desired, or other applicable operational experience in Human Resources.
  • Organizational and planning skills, including demonstrated ability to: handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set goals and enforce deadlines while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals, and recognizing when to escalate
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven teamwork track record is a must:  ability to work in groups with assigned responsibilities to achieve desired results
  • In-depth self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve issues
  • Computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office, Workday or similar
  • High standard of customer service
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • French & Commercial English speaking & writing, additional language(s) a plus
