Cartier Supply Chain Operations is looking for their new Demand, Supply and Distribution Manager - Accessories (Objects, Eyewear, and Gifts)
Manage short-middle-long term Demand and Supply plan & Operations for Cartier Accessories in order to ensure optimal product availability in the network and to support sales in accordance with stock policies.
Interact with Marketing, Purchasing, Development, Suppliers, Subsidiaries, Logistics through constantly optimized processes, share reliable information, develop relevant analysis.
Prepare, animate, coordinate various workshops and meetings to integrate decisions and support change in a strategic context to strongly develop the category.
Management of the demand planning process. Construction of short-term, medium-term and long-term sales forecasts in collaboration with central marketing, consider and present alternative scenarios. Participate in the life cycle management process. Being able to integrate and support users in the implementation of new tools / technologies.
Oversee the procurement plan by taking into account the novelties to come, the performance and the capacity of the (external) suppliers in a context where we have to use additional important resources to answer our planned needs to grow significantly. Get involved in the follow-up of the launch planning in coordination with Marketing and Development.
Supervision of the customer service team with the objective to deliver the best support to our markets (in-time and qualitative answers, complete compliance with existing processes). Logistics execution follow-up: guarantee the reliability of the DRP process (automatic orders creation), track & solve potential issues that could impact the sales potential (local under / over stock, backorders level"¦), optimize the allocation of pieces under shortage.
Regulation of the collaborative process with markets: analyze & understand sales trends, geographical differences and future markets' potential, review & discuss sales forecasts with planners and markets, define local stock policies and ensure their consistency with current trends and future sales potential. Supervise boutiques inventory levels vs target assortments.
Provide support to the team, propose a targeted training plan to enable everyone to meet the requirements of their profession, to develop their autonomy. Recruit tailored profiles to easily integrate new tools / technologies.
Challenge the existing, participate in projects of evolution of the supply chain.
Headcount supervised : 6 people (1 Demand planner, 1 Distribution planner, 2 Sales administration specialists, 1 Supply planner, 1 Procurement specialist).
Your profile :
After your engineering school, you had an international company experience and exposure to several department and business flows. People trust your solid and fine interpersonal skills with strong diplomacy, you speak French and English fluently.
