System Management Team Coordinator


As a System Management Team Coordinator, you will be managing the activities of a team of Engineers and Architects building, maintaining and developing the technical platforms used to deliver devices, software and remote access to applications, to all Richemont's Group Technology clients. To succeed in this role you have a solid background in System Management solutions, mainly for Microsoft and Apple devices. In your experience, you have developed automated workflows in highly complex and global environments, integrating different technologies. A service oriented approach and a natural drive to achieve high customer satisfaction, are key to succeed.

In your role as a coordinator you will ensure the success of the team by providing a trustworthy and safe environment, fostering creativity and collaboration.


Coordinate the team

  • Ensure achievement of the operational objectives for the System Management team, through continual coaching and the periodic performance management process
  • Support the Manager on the definition of the development plan of the team members in her/his System Management team.
  • Set up and ensure different roles and responsibilities are appropriately assigned and fulfilled for the System Management team.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth communication flow within the System Management team as well as a thorough integration of other team members.
  • Support the Manager in the System Management team related administrative tasks like validation of timesheets, On-Boarding Process, validation of vacation"¦

Manage the Service Lifecycle

  • Act as the Technical Service owner for the services in his/her area of expertise
  • Define, monitor and report on KPIs related to the Services under his responsibility
  • Drive the definition of technological roadmaps for the platforms under his area of responsibility
  • Promote and oversee the realization of Proof of Concepts for the evaluation of products and technology aimed at improving and enriching the services in his area of responsibility
  • Liaise with the Solution Architects for the identification of the technical gaps in the service offering and the promotion of service improvement opportunities
  • Collect and integrate feedback from user communities and partner teams
  • Provides input during Budget definition

Project Management

  • Supply team resources to the Project Manager
  • Oversee the quality of the contribution of the System Management team to the projects in which they are involved
  • Own specific work packages or deliverables for Projects

Ensure quality and stability of operations

  • Collect and report on CSF and KPI related to the operations of the team (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
  • Advice and motivate the team in achieving operational excellence


  • Education

- University degree in Information technology or engineering

- Any technical certification in the area of expertise is a plus

  • Areas of competencies

- Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization)

- Good knowledge in Project Management and focus on delivery

- Working knowledge of integration points

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge on the following Microsoft technologies
    • System Centre platfrm (in particular Configuration Manager)
    • Intune
    • Azure AD
    • Windws Server
    • Windws 10
    • Windws Servicing and Patching practices
    • Grup Policy
  • Background culture in IT Security
  • A solid scripting experience (Powershell)
  • Enterprise Mobility Management (MDM, MAM, MCM)
  • Good understanding on latest networking trends

Desirable technical skills

  • Citrix (ADC, Virtual Apps and Desktops)
  • Apple in the Enterprise (iOS, macOS, tvOS, iPadOS, JAMF, DEP, VPP)

Professional experience

- 10 years' experience in IT support and expertise in Microsoft environment

- 4 years' experience in team coordination or management

- International experience


- Excellent English level for communications, presentations and coordination

- French is an asset
