Dedicated recruiters

You are accountable for providing a dedicated "delivery-focused" recruitment solution by sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for a limited number of business clients. You are creating a strong relationship with your clients.

Roles within the team are fluid and subject to continual change in response to our client's requirements. Whilst this job description is a concise description of the responsibilities and requirements of the above role; it is important to note is subject to change.

your role

You source and screen candidates for talent pools, open roles and present them to the client. Your drivers are proactiveness, quality, and speed. Next to a clear understanding of the business, culture and job roles to be resourced, your role exists out of the following tasks:

candidate sourcing and management

  • Source high skilled candidates, for temporary assignments, to suit your client requirements by creating candidate pools

  • Identify candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods - search to qualify availability, suitability, and commitment

  • Network and build talent pools where necessary and ensure that referrals from candidates are gathered and actioned accordingly

  • Determine parameters for prioritizing candidates, such as identifying which types of profiles are of greatest interest to the clients

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking database

  • Ensure the candidate understands the onboarding process for the client - this includes; pre-employment screening, contract generation, onboarding, timesheet process and payment terms (where applicable).

  • Delivering top class service to candidates throughout the recruitment process by continuous engagement with your candidate pools, advising candidates on a variety of queries and providing relevant candidate feedback

  • Provide the best candidate journey ever

client management

  • Working on multiple delivery projects spanning various clients and time frames

  • Discuss vacancies with clients to ensure a full and accurate understanding of the job specification and the specific client requirements

  • Ensure SLA's and KPI's are met in line with client contracts

  • Establish strong relationships directly with clients, providing regular feedback on vacancies, candidates and offer stages

  • Attend client reviews where necessary and update on market conditions

  • Embracing and adapting to changing client requirements

  • Provide the best client journey ever

relationship management

  • Collaborating closely with others, internally and outside Randstad to ensure success in sourcing, recruitment, and hiring

  • Help to train and upskill new starters into accounts/teams that you are working in, ensuring that knowledge is transferred effectively

What do we ask of you?

  • Higher education and a strong interest in the field of recruitment, background in recruitment (administrative or sourcing) is important

  • Fluent in spoken & written German and English, French is an asset

  • Curiosity to learn about companies, their different roles, and activities

  • Influence - Assertive telephone manner

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture, the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently

  • analytical skills

  • Strong client services orientation; professional services experience preferred

  • Energy & Resilience - Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them

  • Strong IT skills or interest- good understanding of database searching and search tools

  • Knowledge of vendor management systems tools is an asset
