On behalf of one of our clients, a Swiss investment firm specialized in real estate, we are seeking a 

Junior Personal Assistant

Who will provide support to the CEO and support the business.

 

 

Responsibilites

 

  • Assist the business owners with calendar management, business and private travel, all necessary documentation
  • Optimize calendar and anticipate changes
  • Ad-hoc support on private matters
  • Filter calls and internal/external requests
  • Liaise in with investors, banks, lawyers and notaries  
  • Keep track of ongoing cases
  • Help with marketing tasks, event organisation
  • Ensure projects’ follow-up

 

                              

Profile

                              

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as C-level assistant
  • Fluency in English and in French
  • Superior administrational and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organised and “self-starter”
  • Solution-oriented
  • Multitasking and situational adaptability
  • Strong ability to plan and track project
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
