As an Account Manager (m/f), you will join a strong team, who will manage and acquire Business Accounts and develop the Swiss market. We are looking for a dynamic sales profile, who has a strong brand awareness and a "doer" mentality. This opportunity lets you take ownership of your career and grow with the company.


  • Manage existing Accounts and Key Accounts
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Development of the sales strategy
  • Visiting clients and presenting the service portfolio
  • Negotiation of conditions and offer management
  • Development of operational opportunities with the client
  • Budget responsibility
  • Administrative activities


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor
  • First Account Management experience (2 years or more)
  • Excited about a startup mentality with a corporate structure
  • Dynamic personality with a young mindset
  • Desire and hunger to create some big!
  • Independent and "go getter attitude"
  • Likes working in a team
  • Fluent in French, strong English. German would be a plus but not a must
  • Working in Bern for 3 days
