For a temporary assignment to support eCRM department, IT EU of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

eCRM Project Manager (100%)

Temporary assignment


  • Connect with internal and external stakeholders, being the day-to-day point of contact for CRM executional/operational parts
  • Coordinate CRM campaign and journeys setup and send outs
  • Provide email brief to the agency and validate audience selection
  • Work very closely with the Frontend Developer and be the point of contact to ensure that the developer has all the necessary information for development and execution
  • Ensure that the agency and the frontend developer are keeping all schedules and meeting key milestones
  • Provide campaign and journey reports
  • Provide updates to the teams2

Knowledge and Skills

  • Very motivated
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver timely with effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency
