eCRM Project Manager (100%)
Temporary assignment
Description
- Connect with internal and external stakeholders, being the day-to-day point of contact for CRM executional/operational parts
- Coordinate CRM campaign and journeys setup and send outs
- Provide email brief to the agency and validate audience selection
- Work very closely with the Frontend Developer and be the point of contact to ensure that the developer has all the necessary information for development and execution
- Ensure that the agency and the frontend developer are keeping all schedules and meeting key milestones
- Provide campaign and journey reports
- Provide updates to the teams2
