In this role, you support the Nespresso Group by delivering and promoting business excellence in the area of Financial Controlling, Planning and Payment Solutions through the application of best practices by strongly collaborating with multiple stakeholders in the Nespresso Group. You are the guardian to ensure that solutions, driving tangible business benefits, are delivered from the vision to the deployment.

• Define a vision through factual insights from (a) assessing our current ways of working and capabilities, as well as (b) industry best practices and future trends in the areas of Controlling and Payment Solutions (Direct to consumer and Business-to-business).

• Establish a functional project portfolio roadmap in the area of Controlling and Payment Solutions based on clear insights and business value by collaborating internally and externally with a numerous stakeholders. Onboard pilot Markets to support project definition and delivery.
• Create strong working relationships with stakeholders in diverse areas of the company: mainly Market Organizations, Finance Community, B2B and B2C Teams at Nespresso Headquarter, the Omni Channel Payment Solution Team and Nestlé IT.
• Define business requirements allowing the execution of the prioritized projects on the portfolio/roadmap. Ensure permanent alignment between requirements and solution delivery.
• Oversee that the project execution progresses are in line with the defined roadmap and ensure that proper testing and validation of new solutions are performed. Define deployment plans in alignment with available resources.
• Define organizational support structures and shared service lines in alignment with the Omni Channel Payment Solution Team in Barcelona, Nespresso HQ and Nestlé HQ.

• University degree or equivalent
• Min. of 4 years of experience in Finance & Controlling
• Experience in Market Controlling and/ or co-piloting
• Practical knowledge in payment solutions, as well as project management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills & ability to work / influence within a matrix organization
• Self-driven manager with the ability motivate and energize individuals and teams
• Fluent in English
