Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management of a supplier portfolio (qualification, monitoring, evaluation)
• Ensure the sending and the monitoring of supplier complaints
• Ensure the processing and the monitoring of supplier change notifications
• Establish the supplier audit program in accordance with internal procedure and Teoxane needs
• Perform supplier audits and monitor action plan until there closure
• Participate in the realization of the internal audit program
• Participate in audits and inspections of regulatory authorities (preparation, presentation, and response to auditors)
• Lead problem-solving groups and support continuous improvement projects
• Be the Supplier Quality referent for projects
• Participate in updating QMS documents related to its activity
• Ensure a continuous improvement approach to quality processes
• Any other special mission that may be entrusted to you by the Management

Your profile

• University, EPF or HES degree
• 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position in medical device or pharmaceutical industry 
• Experienced in international audits
• Knowledge on ISO13485 and MDR regulation as possible
• ISO13485 Lead auditor certification would be an asset
• Knowledge on quality tools (5 why, 5M, …) and risk analysis methods
• Fluent in French with a good level in English
