Operate Analytical laboratory instruments- liquid chromatography systems (HPLC/UPLC), capillary technology (PA800s, iCE), spectrophotometers, plate readers.
Perform various routine analytical assays- Size Exclusion, Reverse Phase, Ion Exchange, Hydrophilic Glycan Chromatography, (imaged) capillary electrophoresis, PA
cGE methods and Spectrophotometry. Experience with other techniques like Differential Scanning Calorimetry and ELISA is a plus.
All aspects of Method development, sample preparation, data acquisition, data analysis, and data interpretation using software platforms
Responsible for instrument maintenance, method improvements, providing project support
Involved in communicating project progress, writing and updating of operating procedures, and maintaining, updating instrumentation
Involved in the planning of experiments, delivery of results and authoring reports
Involved in training other operators in lab
Bachelor or Master degree in analytical biochemistry or related field of study; or equivalent with experience in analytics after technical certifications. PhD candidates will be overqualified for this role.
>3 years of relevant work experience in analytical chemistry in the pharma or biotech industry
Strong background in handling analytical laboratory instruments and relevant experience in protein/mAb/antibodies analytics
Fluency in English
