This function reports to the Breitling Head of Omnichannel

Education and Experience

and System Integration and will provide a high level of

- MSc or BSc Degree in IT or similar

expertise in the area of CRM, clienteling, customer service

- >8 years of working experience

and campaign management with a strong focus on Salesforce.

- >2-3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation:

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with Sales Cloud OR Service Cloud

- Leading the ideation, the technical development and the

mandatory

launch of any CRM, clienteling, customer service and

- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data

campaign management
- Gap analysis of the current solutions/platforms

Management Platform advantageous

- Building and running the technical side of the CRM and

- Technical skills in or with: PIM/DAM, CMS, OMS,

clienteling platforms with integration of data / analytics

platforms, programming languages and architectures,

- Supporting CRM and clienteling project implementation,

hosting, CDN, availability and performance, security and

rollouts, change requests and release management

product management (agile)

- Leading technical teams on how to optimize and deliver

- Exposure to international and complex projects and to

CRM, clienteling, marketing automation and campaign

international customer reality (ideally ranging from USA

local clientele to the Chinese travelers)

- Championing Salesforce Sales Cloud, delivering trainings

- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and channel

and providing governance and developing the marketing

- Capability to coordinate external agencies, local & global

- Teamplayer with drive who can work independently in a
