For the PPMD Strategy & Deployment Department of our client, Philip Morris International based in Lausanne, we are currently looking to hire a:
100% - Short term assignment
Responsibilities: Understand customer brief, participate in defining requirements, proposing solutions and implement the agreed changes to reach the project objectives.
Plan and lead the execution of the project phases, and ensure the delivery of expected functionalities within the agreed time, budget and quality.
Regularly monitor and assess the project progress, bring up the risks and propose solutions to the Management on a timely basis to agree on a common solution.
Coordinate multicultural and cross-functional project teams, as well as internal and external resources for the activities of each project.
Communicate regularly with the project team, and ensure project status reports and other project information are prepared and shared to keep the project team update on the project phases.
Communicate and develop networking with management and partners to facilitate efficiency in the project roll-out.
You will be an authority in managing end-to-end projects and working in cross-functional teams
You have robust experience in Project Management gained in a complex and international environment
You will demonstrate understanding of product evaluation, innovation, IP and regulatory requirements, manufacturing process, as well as product development and deployment processes and systems.
You have a natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work.
Independent self-starter who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Fluent English is a requirement.
You hold a College/University //Degree in Engineering or Science or Industry-related Discipline, MBA is a plus.
You possess minimum 5 years of Project Management Experience or equivalent Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
Develop professional relationships and network effectively throughout the organization.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to accomplish objectives.
Ability to communicate clearly and constructively.
Detail oriented, able to organize and demonstrate analytical skills.
Able to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques and judgement based on experience and business knowledge to evaluate and resolve operational issues, anticipate risks and see opportunities.
Identify and implement Best Practices as part of continuous improvement.
