Our client, a leading educational establishment based in Lausanne, is looking to strengthen its program support team with the recruitment of a:

 

Faculty Assistant - 100%

 

The role will be to provide first in class administrative support to fuculty members and ensure the smooth administrative running of their departments.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Agenda managment of the faculty
  • Logistics Management of meetings both internal and external to the organisation
  • Travel planning for faculty (hotels, transport, visas)
  • Manage expenses and claims accurately 
  • Prepare the course content for faculty members for program delivery
  • General administrative and secretarial tasks as appropriate

 

Your profile:

  • CFC or equivalent
  • Solid first experience in administrative support (3-5 years ideally)
  • International environment experience
  • Excellent service orientation
  • Fluency in English, French a plus
  • Demonstrable organisation and administration experience
  • Team player and abilty to work in stressful, deadline environments
  • Diplomatic and calm persona, not easily flustered
