Work location: Morges (with regular trips to German-speaking Switzerland)
 

 

In this role, you will also be part of the Manpower Group Switzerland management team.

 

You and your team will explicitly focus on positioning our brands strategically and on adapting and developing the implementation of the strategy in line with constantly changing market conditions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

 

Management

  • Implementing the brand strategies and positioning the brands on the market
  • Helping the brands to achieve their commercial goals
  • Acquiring talent and companies
  • Leading and managing sales units in support of the branches
  • Customer development and acquisition of new customers
  • Generating market value, creating value propositions and go-to-market strategies that achieve direct sales
  • Collaborating with the brands in a goal- and solutions-oriented manner
  • Closely collaborating with the Digital & Operations department to facilitate consistent end-to-end data management and meaningful performance measurement
  • Consistent and competent communication both within the company and externally
  • Making buy-or-make decisions and maintaining an optimal cost/performance mix with external partners
  • Managing the marketing budget in line with the development in turnover and profit
  • Active collaboration and organisation within the Manpower Group Switzerland management team
  • Representing Manpower Group Switzerland at events

  • Agile organisation: being familiar with and using modern working methods to bring out the potential and talents of employees, thus ensuring that tasks are completed successfully
  • As an executive and a member of the management team, being clearly committed to the development of your employees and leading by example in making ManpowerGroup Switzerland a great place to work
  • Pursuing open, positive communication with clear objectives and tasks

 

 

About you

 

  • At least five years’ experience and knowledge in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing
  • Extensive experience in sales or in a strongly sales-driven market environment
  • High digital affinity
  • Excellent experience in consumer marketing with extensive B2C strategy experience (FMCG, telecommunications)
  • Strategic mindset and actions with a view to bringing together the different brand strategies to boost the success of the company as a whole
  • Strong leadership skills with at least five years’ management experience
  • Understanding of B2B models and the ability to implement these in a sales-oriented company
  • Analytical skills for working with data
  • Results- and consensus-oriented
  • Strong ability to put ideas into action
  • Person of action; gets involved in day-to-day business activities

 

 

Other requirements:

 

  • Higher diploma or master’s in the areas of marketing, digital marketing or service marketing
  • German, French and English skills at C1 level or above
