The Serialization Operations Specialist will support the Serialization Operations team in ensuring smooth and transparent serialization maintenance and implementations across Celgene global supply operations. This position plays a key role within Global Pharmaceutical Supply to ensure Global Supply is not interrupted and is responsible for providing support to the execution of the Global Serialization strategy. The Serialization Team with his/her support will assure sustainable and scalable programs that deliver regulatory compliance in all markets, while managing the growth and quality of data and maintaining production and logistical efficiencies. In this role you will: Develop knowledge around serialization requirements, review processes/Work Practices and participate in change control processes Facilitate serialization data management & issue resolution Perform daily transactions on the Tracelink software Support in serialization alert handling and perform investigations while dealing with all local European authorities and other stake holders as needed Maintain current knowledge and awareness of global market serialization regulations and adapt Celgene practices to comply with regulations Develop and author standard operating procedures and/or work practice documents Facilitate global training development of the serialization software and implementation Review, Approve, Grant access to the TraceLink software and specific modules, as applicable Assist in developing and executing an effective communication strategy for global serialization status updates Act as support in all serialization related topics between global CMOs, LSPs, and customers Manage all ongoing projects with the designated TraceLink project manager Serve as the primary point of contact with TraceLink for all day to day issues and projects Your profile: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Systems First Strong experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and/or related technology systems management preferably within a distribution operations environment and within serialization Prior experience in managing projects associated with supply chain ERP systems (Oracle - preferred or SAP), Knowledge of Serialization standards, including EPCIS, GS1 serialization and track and trace standards preferred Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and successfully complete multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication in English (both written & spoken) Bristol-Myers Squibb recognizes the importance of balance and flexibility in our work environment.
