Expert Hardware Engineer

, who will be Responsible for design, verification, and industrialization of electronic and mechatronic designs for our next-generation surgical robot, fulfilling product and regulatory requirements of a class IIb medical device.For this position, you must be abble to or be: - designed servo-controllers for DC motors (up to 70W) a major plus, - act as a team leader, or peoples manager a major plus, - Lead in digital design (FPGA, VHDL) including complete development toolchain a plus, - Expert with scripting languages i.e. Python a plus / experience Labview (or similar) a plus - Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, Design for Test a plus - Experience with Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Timing and Crosstalk Analysis a plus Responsabilities : - Design, prototype and implement electronics (analog, digital, power) and verification & validation in close collaboration with our internal & external partners- Participate to product verification and validation activities in close partnership with contractors and testing laboratories across Europe including EMC/ESD, Electrical Safety and Environmental Testing- Work with the team, customers, and suppliers, both in the office, with clients at hospitals, and with suppliers and partners at other locations.Profile : - Bachelors or masters degree in electrical/electronic engineering (or similar).- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, 3 years+ in the medical device industry, having successfully placed a medical product on the market (CE approval and/or FDA clearance).- Deep understanding of analog, digital and power electronics building blocks, microcontrollers & FPGA, switched mode and linear power supplies, communication protocols i.e. CAN, SPI, UART, I2C.- Proficiency in design verification methods i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis, Stress Analysis, Reliability Prediction, Design FMEA, HALT/HASS methods, etc.- Expertise in medical standards i.e. IEC 60601-1 (Safety), IEC 60601-1-2 (EMC), ISO 13485, ISO 14971- Strong experience designing with Altium Designer- Experience using circuit-level simulation tools e.g. LTspice a nice to have.- Strong verbal and written communication, and documentation skills.- At ease working with engineering disciplines such as: mechanics and software, and other sections of the company including QA, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Supply Chain- Professional oral and written French and English- Able to travel (10%) within D-A-CHMedtech Expert Hardware Engineer- Domaine d'activité*- Nom*PrénomNom- Adresse*Adresse postaleVilleZIP / Code postal- E-mail*- Téléphone*- Remarque*</div></li>- Envoyez-nous votre CV- RGPD*Jaccepte la politique de confidentialité.Plus d'informations dans le menu "Nos agences" sous la rubriques "Informations légales"- CAPTCHA
