Level 1 technical troubleshooting
Understanding of TCP/IP and basic networks skills
English and French speaker
Previous experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
At least 3 years' experience supporting and troubleshooting hardware & software problems in an Office365 / Azure AD based environment.
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds in the form of boxed and unboxed computers and printers as well as push 100-pound cart with loads of equipment.
ITIL or Microsoft certification would be a plus
