Through the implementation of a new service and advisory model within UBS Wealth Management, clients will continue to be covered by their personal client advisor but also to be serviced by our Wealth Management Service Line. Due to continuous expansion of our model and communication channels, we are looking for motivated and committed employees for our units who support the client advisors in the execution of their daily tasks (Inbound Team), freeing-up time by scheduling meetings with their clients (Outbound Team) or act as a specialist for all our digital Wealth Management offerings (Digital Agents). You will either: • be responsible for answering and executing single-handed client requests via phone and other channels, take care of general banking services, stock market orders, payments and respective coordination of client meetings for our client advisors (Inbound) • be proactively contacting Wealth Management clients on different campaigns (Outbound) • be guiding and explaining our digital offerings to our clients (Digital Agent) Your team You will be working in UBS Wealth Management Service Line team in Basel, Zürich, Renens or Manno. We will provide you with a modern working environment and are a dynamic, inspiring and communicative team who strives for mutual support and close collaboration with other UBS Wealth Management Service Line teams in other locations. All our units collaborate closely across all disciplines as well as with our internal stakeholders in order to facilitate prompt client requests and settlements. Your experience and skills • completed apprenticeship or traineeship in banking with experiences in client advising roles in retail or wealth management (Inbound) • alternatively several years of experience as a client advisor assistant in Wealth Management (Inbound Team) • profound knowledge of banking services and products as well as solid investment and transaction know-how (Inbound Team) • technical affinity to cope with different IT programs and communication channels (Inbound, Outbound and Digital Agents) • excellent communication skills in multiple languages (Swiss national and additional language such as English, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian) to effectively interact with international clients and different internal stakeholders (Inbound, Outbound, Digital Agents) • communicative, motivated and team oriented • able to assess new ideas, provide implementable solutions and see it through • independent, resilient, reliable and responsible • eager to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment which is constantly changing About us Expert advice.
