You hold a diploma as IT Technician (CFC or equivalent), you are a very good level of English and French in written and spoken, you have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT (ITIL knowledge is a plus); you have a sense of ownership, accountability and prioritization, you show flexibility for busy period, you are customer oriented, you have good organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
