Our client is a company active in the life sciences sector. To support its continuing development, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on L&D and Talent Management.

Reporting to the Senior Executive HR Director, you will be responsible for the HRBP function for a part of the R&D and Business Development organisations. You will also be closely involved with implementing L&D and Talent Management strategies.

Description

  • Work closely with the HR Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to managers and key stakeholders on all areas of HR
  • Deliver and advise on HR best practices across the business
  • Equip line managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management
  • Provide support, advice and management of ER cases, in a proactive and prompt manner
  • Work with the leadership teams in the delivery of their talent management and succession planning strategies
  • Coach managers to develop and put into place individual development plans for top talents
  • Embed a performance management culture which is valued by the business and drives high performance
  • Define and lead Learning and Talent Management related HR projects
  • Conceptualise, build and roll out appropriate training programmes addressing development needs across the group
  • Create a learning strategy and curriculum to embed the organisation's key values
  • Initiate and deliver internal workshops and programmes
  • Partner with external training providers to deliver development programmes that build business capability
  • Set up employee engagement surveys and related action plans
  • Manage budgets

Profile

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record in the life sciences sector
  • Previous experience and a high interest in L&D and Talent Management
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to proactively contribute to the overall HR agenda
  • Ability to propose innovative programmes and achieve buy-in from all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Adaptable profile, ability to work on high profile projects as well as handling daily operational tasks
  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Fluent English, French would be an advantage
  • Available for a quick start
