The Talent Acquisition Specialist holds a key role in the management of the end-to-end recruitment process for Assystem Care in Switzerland, including: Continuous improvement of Assystem Care's recruitment strategy and candidate experience, Management of the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions, Define and execute sourcing and talent acquisition strategy, Identify most appropriate sourcing channels, Carry out interviews and coordinate technical and manager interviews, Originate and manage data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Lead contractual offer preparation, Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, Organise recruitment events and participate in recruitment forums, Conduct integration evaluation interviews with new joiners.
Talent Acquisition Specialist H/F
Higher Education Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar;
Perfect command of French and English obligatory. German is a strong asset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;
Good understanding of the Life Sciences environment;
Previous experience in a consulting company;
Profound knowledge of various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search);
Autonomy and excellent organization skills;
Agility and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
