For our HR Department, based in Lausanne, we are looking for an HR Administration & Rewards Specialist. You will act as the first point of contact for HR admin related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
The successful candidate shall be able to constructively interact with internal and external stakeholders, offering a professional, engaging and friendly service at all times.
Your key responsibilities:
Employee HR Administration
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from an HR administration perspective including but not limited to: work contracts, work permits, work certificates, onboarding, absence management, social insurances & pension, terminations.
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and proactively remain up to date on any changes related thereto.
Conducts onboarding and exit interviews and other employee relations-related meetings.
Manage relocations and related external providers.
Supervise the smooth and accurate running of monthly payroll transactions.
Manage the interactions with relevant labor-related authorities and providers.
Type a variety of documents including correspondence, forms, reports and other related documents.
HR Data and Processes Administration
Update and maintain HR database and ensure its data integrity.
Organize and accurately maintain personnel records.
Compile, maintain and provide HR statistics and reports.
Revise HR company policies and processes and prepare associated employee communications.
Work on ad hoc projects related to HR data.
Compensation & Benefits
Update, maintain and leverage compensation data.
Coordinate and compile remuneration surveys with external providers.
Analyze results of salary surveys and make appropriate adjustments and recommendations.
Run the quarterly and yearly bonus calculation, and the bi-annual promotion cycles.
Prepare all the relevant data and correspondence pertaining to the yearly salary review process.
Participate in any ad hoc C&B projects.
